Administer the production of servers/network infrastructure, which includes Windows Administration, SharePoint Servers and Exchange Servers. Install, administer, and support the Property Management Software. Work to resolve Active Directory issues such as logon failures, account lockouts, network connectivity, DNS and WINS name resolution, and authentication problems. Analyze, log, and track complex software and hardware matters pertaining to networking connectivity, printer, server, and application issues to meet business needs. Prepare detailed network specifications, including diagrams, charts, equipment configurations, or recommended technologies. Monitor production environment setup. Job Description : Client Communication/Liaise with stakeholders to support & coordinate project plans, solve complex system issues, process improvement, & facilitate meetings w/ mgmt., quality teams, pre-sales & outside vendors. Will utilize SAP, Arbor Text Epic Editor, Adobe Frame Maker 7.1, PageMaker 7.0. Travel/relocation required as jobs to be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must have 5 years’ experience w/multi-domain Technical Publication projects. 5 years h&s-on experience w/ XML/SGML authoring & content mgmt. systems. Must have certification as Scrum Master & Professional Technical Writer.
